Linda Faye Hayes, age 64, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Sunday, January 20, 2019. She was born on March 21, 1954. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edd and Ruby Bennett; her twin sister Brenda Oglesby, brothers, Melvin Bennett, Tommy Bennett, Roy Bennett; sisters, Lona Mae Martin, Frances Rogers. She is survived by her son, Terry Martin of Calhoun; daughter Madonna Hughes (Joe Verner) of Dalton; brothers, Richard Bennett of Dalton, Billy Joe (Gwen) of Tunnel Hill; sisters, Barbara Jean of Dalton, Loretta Akins (Bill) of Dalton; 5 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Linda Faye Hayes will be held at 7:00 PM Monday, January 21, 2019 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home.
