Linda Knipp, age 77, of Chatsworth, Georgia passed away Monday, December 24, 2018. She was born on June 25, 1941. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Joe Knipp; parents, Lawrence and Hazel Jackson; brother, David Jackson; sisters, Jean, Anita, Jack, and Sheila; grandson, Daniel Nekiea Scoggins; and granddaughter, Anita Irene "Sissy" Wooden. She is survived by her sons, William Knipp of Chatsworth, David Knipp (Melissa) of Chatsworth, Mark Knipp of Chatsworth, John Knipp of Chatworth, Kenny Knipp (Tabatha) of Dalton; daughters, Hazel Scoggins (Bruce Gregory) of Dalton, Anita Roach (Ricky) of Chatsworth, Sherri Kichen of TN; sisters, Dean and Kay; 23 grandchildren; a host of great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Linda Knipp will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, December 27, 2018 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Chaplain Chris officiating. Interment will be at Price Chapel Cemetery in Cleveland, TN. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 5-8 PM Wednesday evening.
