Lowell Bradley Payne, age 70, of Chatsworth, Georgia passed away on Friday, June 6, 2014. He was born on August 2, 1943 in Bartow County, Georgia to the late James and Alma Payne. He was a truck driver for over 50 years. Along with his parents he was also preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Nelson Payne; sisters, Linda Bagwell, Barbara Purvis and Mildred Lee. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Shannon and Diane Payne of Calhoun; daughter and son-in-law, Shevelle and Tommy Medlin of Calhoun; brothers and sisters-in-law, Milton and Sandy Payne of Plainville, Charlie and Lois Payne of Rome; grandchildren, Cody Whitfield, Sierra Whitfield and Madison Medlin, all of Calhoun. A memorial service to celebrate the life of Lowell Bradley Payne will be held from 2:00 till 5:00 PM Saturday, June 21, 2014 at Northwood Baptist Church.
