Lynn Marie Aiken, age 64, of Rocky Face, Georgia passed away Sunday, January 2, 2022. She was born on May 5, 1957. She was preceded in death by her parents, Duane Brothers, Sr. and Octavia Shaw Brothers; and brother, Duane "Rusty" Brothers, Jr. She is survived by her husband, David Aiken of Rocky Face; daughters and son-in-law, Dodie and Jeffrey Sills of Rocky Face; Jessica Howard of Guntersville, AL; brothers, Kirby Brothers of Colrain, MA, Billy Brothers of Colrain, MA; sister and brother-in-law, Lori and Raymond Paquette of West Hampton, MA; amazing grandchildren, Tawnie Howard, Erron Duncan, Tavie Sills; and great granddaughter, Artemis Morgan. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy. She loved to be with her family, sewing, gardening and traveling. She was President of the quilting guild called Scrappy Quilters. She graduated with her Associates Degree in Horticulture from Coosa Valley Technical School. Her favorite holiday was Christmas, you could never make it too much. A memorial service to celebrate the life of Lynn Marie Aiken will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 22, 2022 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Tony Boswell officiating.
