Mrs. Marcy Ann Tipton Quarles, age 64, of Ringgold, Georgia, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 2, 2025, just days before her 65th birthday. Born on August 5, 1960, Marcy was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Rex Quarles; her father, Frank Tipton; and her daughter, Natasha Quarles. She is survived by her loving mother, Barbara Bartlett of Ringgold; her children and their spouses: Elliott Quarles and Holly Strasbaugh of California, Eric and Amber Quarles of California, and John and Lisa Quarles of Chatsworth. She was a proud grandmother to Samuel Quarles and Chloe Quarles, and cherished by several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and close friends. A funeral service to celebrate Marcy's life will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, August 8, 2025, in the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home, with John Tipton and Nathan Watson officiating. She will be laid to rest beside her husband at Whitfield Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends for visitation on Thursday, August 7, 2025, from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at Dalton Funeral Home.
