Marinda Jesserine Westmoreland age 46, of Dalton, GA, passed away on Saturday, June 14, 2025. Marinda was born in Chatsworth, GA, on July 15, 1978, the daughter of James and Mary Westmoreland. She was free spirit and enjoyed music and nature. Marinda loved her family. She touched the hearts of anyone she met. She was a beautiful caring soul with not a judgmental bone in her body. Anyone who has been lucky enough to meet her; loved her even with her faults she never judged anyone for theirs. She loved unconditionally and she will be missed by so many. She made many days better with her sparkling personality. Gone but never forgotten; rest in peace, Marinda. In addition to her parents, Marinda is survived by her daughter, Destiny Samples and four siblings, Felica Westmoreland, Tanda Westmoreland, Jamie Westmoreland, and Krystal Houston (Benji). Several nieces and nephews also survive. A Celebration of Life will be Friday, June 20, 2025, at 3:00 P.M., Chapel of the Dalton Funeral Home.
