Martha Kay Peavy, age 69, of Chatsworth, Georgia passed away Thursday, March 11, 2021. She was born on September 7, 1951. She was preceded in death by her parents, Billy and Nancy Epperson. She is survived by her son, Blake Peavy of Chatsworth; daughters and sons-in-law, Kristine Young and Eric Herring of Chatsworth, Brandy and Tommy Brewer of Dalton, Yvonda Stepp of Blairsville; brothers and sister-in-law, Buddy and Lori Epperson of Chatsworth, Gene Epperson of Dalton, Scott Epperson of Chatsworth, Brent Epperson of Dalton; Sisters and brother-in-law, Billie Carroll and Claude Locke of Chatsworth, Connie Thomison and Thomas Tyvand of Villanow, Linda and Ronnie Hicks of Dalton, Phyllis Beasley of Chatsworth; grandchildren, Canyon, Stephen, Aaron, Rachel, Jacob, Julie, Jake, Logan, Braden, Noah, Riley, Chase; several great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 4-7 PM Monday, March 15, 2021 at Dalton Funeral Home.
