Martin "Jerry" Jerome Gravely, age 64, of Dalton, GA. passed away on Saturday, January 20, 2024. He was born August 20,1959. He was preceded in death by his father Horace Gravely; brother, Kelly Gravely. He is survived by his loving wife, Kathy Gravely; mother, Myra "Crow" Johnson of Dalton; his children, Kelsey Ward Franky) of LaFayette, Kolt Privett (Erin) of Cartersville, Jerry Gray (Amanda) of Dalton, Jeremy Gravley (Georgie) of Kentucky, Nikki Gravely of Rock Springs and many other adopted children; brothers, Tommy Gravely (Beverly) of Dalton, Robby Gravely of Chatsworth, Lyle Gravely of Cedar Bluff, Al.; sisters, Brenda Boyll of FL., Linda Riesterer of Nashville, Tn.; grandchildren, Alex Ward, Thomas Ward, Sawyer Ward, Kolston Privett, Evie Privett, Carolyn Gray, Landon Gray, Garrett Bivens, Gunner Sutton; great grandchildren, Quinton Bivens, many other grandchildren; Sister in-law, Lisa Metcalf of Dalton, Connie Tipton of Dalton; brother in-laws, Hank Duncan (Natalie) of Dalton, Eric Duncan (Stacey) of FL.; mother in-law, Lola Presley of Dalton, Miriam Duncan of Dalton and several loved nieces and nephews. A memorial service to celebrate the life of Mr. Martin "Jerry" Jerome Gravely will be held at 3:00 pm on Sunday, January 28, 2024 at the Chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Kevin Carpenter officiating. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Sunday, January 28, 2024 at Dalton Funeral Home.
