Mary Christine Guess, age 76, of Rocky Face, Georgia, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 21, 2025. Born in Walker County on February 11, 1949, she was the daughter of the late Auther Smith and Earlie Smith Cook. Mary retired from Tappan after many years of dedicated service as a supervisor. Her work ethic and leadership left a lasting impression on those who knew her. A faithful member of Lindsey Memorial Church, Mary lived her life with compassion and generosity, always ready to lend a helping hand. Whether organizing fundraisers or simply offering support to those in need, she touched countless lives with her kindness. Everyone who met her knew her heart, and loved her for it. She is survived by her loving son, Jeff Guess, and his wife Christy, who carry forward her spirit of care and devotion. In accordance with her wishes, Mary will be cremated, and a private burial will be held at Lindsey Memorial Cemetery.
