Mary Elizabeth Lawless, age 62, of Dalton, GA. passed away on Friday, February 14, 2025. She was born February 2, 1963. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gene and Sally Ball Welch; son, Timothy Lawless; brothers, Ronnie Welch, Ricky Welch, Allen Welch, Ed Ball, Danny Ball; sisters, Linda Pierce, Charlotte Scott. She is survived by her husband, Joe Lawless; sons, Corey Lawless and wife Whitlee, Kevin Lawless; brother, Bobby Welch and wife Cynthia; sister, Dianne Caldwell and husband Trammell; and eight grandchildren. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Ms. Mary Elizabeth Lawless will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, February 18, 2025 at the Chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Pastor Danny Cochran officiating. Interment will be United Memorial Gardens. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Tuesday, February 18, 2025 at Dalton Funeral Home.
