Mary Frances Plumley, age 71, of Rocky Face, Ga. passed away on Sunday, November 24, 2024. She was born April 7, 1953. She was preceded in death by her parents, George Washington and Ida Bell Nelson; brothers, Ulyss Nelson, Elmer Nelson. She is survived by her husband, Larry Plumley; daughter, Stacey Plumley; sisters, Louise Aikens, Jessie Thomas; grandchildren, Joey Chastain, Kevin Chastain; great grandchildren, Allison Chastain, Andrew Chastain, Adrien Chastain, Javen Chastain. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Mary Frances Plumley will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, November 27, 2024 at the Chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Reverend John Southers and Pastor Rick Edwards officiating. Interment will be at Turniptown Cemetery in Ellijay, Ga. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm on Wednesday, November 27, 2024 at Dalton Funeral Home.
