Mary Ann Smith, age 69, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Thursday, March 28, 2019. She was born on May 12, 1949. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Annie Mae Hardin; son, Jerald Clint Williams; and brother, James Edward Hardin. She is survived by her husband, Herbert Shuford Smith of Dalton; son and daughter in law, Phillip and Cynthia Williams of Resaca; daughter, Kristie Smith of Varnell; grandchildren, Riley Jorden, Stephanie and Gary Jeffers, Lisa Hardin; great grandchildren, Aidan Williams, Jacob Cantrell, Justin Cantrell; special friends, John Dennard, Carolyn Jorden, and Betty Collins. To celebrate the life of Mary Ann Smith the family will be receiving friends for visitation from 5-8 PM Saturday evening.
