McKinley Lynn Ray "Bug" our precious little girl was carried into the arms of angels on September 27, 2017. Her loving parents are Sammy and Chasity Ray; sisters, Jasmine Ray (2 years old), Wendy Ray (3 weeks old) and Ansley Bentley (7 years old); Maternal grandparents are, "Papaw", Johnny Bishop and "MiMi", Lori Bishop; paternal grandparents are Wilamae and Edward White; Great Grandmother, Ruth Carlock; Aunt Hannah Blevins and Aunt Haylee McClure;  Uncle, Sam Ray,  Uncle, "Bubba"; Johnathan Bishop and Aunt, Mandi Bishop, Uncle "S", Steve Blair and Aunt "T", Tiffany Blair, and Uncle, Zac Moore; cousins, Chase,Landon and Anna Bella Blair.  McKinley was preceded in death by her Granny, Wendy Bishop; Great Grandfather, James Carlock and Uncle, "Baby Wayne" Ray. We thank the Lord for Mikinley "Bug's" big blue eyes and beautiful smile. She loved Mac&Cheese and enjoyed growling at her family.  We will miss her always.  We are thankful for a special scripture that continues to minister to our family during this most difficult journey:  Matthew 19:14,  But Jesus said, suffer the children and forbid them not to come unto me for such is the Kingdom of Heaven. A service for McKinley Lynn Ray "Bug" will be held on Monday at 2:00 PM October 2, 2017 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Bro. Matthew Harris, Bro. Jason Pace and Bro. Kalen Hughes officiating. The family will receive friends from 5-8pm on Sunday, October 1, 2017. Interment will be at Cohutta Hills Cemetery.
