Melissa Ann Gentry, age 43, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Friday, January 13, 2017. She was born on August 31, 1973. She is survived by her parents, Nancy Mares of Dalton and Thomas Gentry of Oklahoma; brother, Miguel Mares of Dalton; sister and brother in law, Lisa and Douglas Laird of Reno, NV. A memorial service to celebrate the life of Melissa Ann Gentry will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, January 21, 2017 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home.
