Meredith Coleman Cochran, age 46, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Tuesday, August 21, 2018. She was born on May 27, 1972. She was preceded in death by her father, Glen Coleman; and step mother, Terri Coleman. She is survived by her husband of 27 years, David Cochran of Dalton; sons and daughters in law, Nikolas and Teresa Cochran of Dalton, Jonathan Cochran of Dalton, Caleb Cochran of Dalton, Chris and Dana Cochran of Dalton; mother, Pamela Burgess of Dalton; brother and sister in law, Kevin and Kristen Coleman of Rocky Face; sister, Roxanne Bowling; sisters in law, Carolyn and Steve Elder, Sue and Brian Cavender; mother and father in law, Betty and Eugene Cochran; 6 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and other family members and special friends. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Meredith Coleman Cochran will be held at 3:00 PM Friday, August 24, 2018 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Pastor Jeff Painter officiating. The family will receive friends for visitation from 12:00 PM until the hour of service. Interment will be at Center Point Cemetery.
