Michael R. Douglas, age 55, of Chatsworth, Georgia passed away Tuesday, August 2, 2016. He was born on September 17, 1960. Michael was preceded in death by his parents, James Douglas and Ola Mae Caviness Douglas. He is survived by his sons, Chris Douglas of Dallas, GA, Michael Douglas of Dallas, GA, Scotty Douglas of Chatsworth, GA; daughters, Jennifer Bishop of Chatsworth, GA, Jessie Bishop of Chatsworth, GA, Kristina Bishop of Zwolle, LA, Lisa Douglas of Lithia Springs, GA; brothers and sisters, David Douglas, Red Douglas, Danny Douglas, Susan Cline, Patricia White all of Chatsworth, GA; 6 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. A service to celebrate the life of Michael R. Douglas will be held at 6:00 PM Thursday, August 4, 2016 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home.
