Michael Ray Gossett, age 60, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Wednesday, January 13, 2016. He was born October 14, 1955. He is preceded in death by his parents, Edgar Winston Gossett and Jewel Dean Headrick Gossett. He is survived by his daughter, Thea Gossett of Dalton; brother and sister in law, Gary and Debbie Gossett of Chickamauga, GA; niece, Jenny Babb and her husband Shawn of Ringgold, GA, Ashley Gossett of Ringgold, great niece and nephew, Sydney Babb and Shawn Babb, JR of Ringgold. A memorial service to celebrate the life of Michael Ray Gossett will be held at 4:00 PM Saturday, January 16, 2016 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home.
