Ms. Michelle Skidmore, age 39, of Cohutta, Georgia passed away Saturday, February 26, 2022. She was born on May 27, 1982. She is survived by her father, Michael Weaver and step-mother, Amber Weaver of Tunnel Hill; mother, Joyce "Sherrill" Weaver of Cohutta; son, Austin Lee (Darcy) Skidmore of TN; grandchild, Sophia Grace Skidmore; daughters, Audrey Lynn Skidmore (Nick Bassett) of Dalton and Autumn Marie Skidmore of TN; brothers, Michael Allen (Nicole) Weaver of Dalton and Corey Allen (Brittany) Moore of Dalton; and step-brothers, Phillip Bowling and Justin Bowling. The funeral service to celebrate the life of Ms. Michelle Skidmore will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, March 5, 2022 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Pastor Bradley Clayton officiating. Interment will be at Bryant Cemetery in Cohutta. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 12:00-2:00 PM on Saturday, March 5, 2022 at the Dalton Funeral Home.
