Mildred Lucille Smith, age 66, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Sunday, June 13, 2021. She was born on February 12, 1955. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frederick "Ricky" Smith; parents, Roscoe and Pauline Fowler; sister, Joyce Fowler Hill. She is survived by her daughter, Sarah Smith of Dalton; son, Alan Smith of Dalton; brothers, Cecil (Martha) Fowler, Jimmy (LaVonda) Fowler, Gary (Sharon) Fowler, Larry Fowler, Allen Fowler, David Fowler, Doug Fowler, Danny Fowler; sisters, Carol Taylor, Kaye (Joe) Adams, Anita (Brad) Yorther, Sharon Fales; grandchildren, Savannah Whittenburg, Nova Leigh Holmes; great grandchildren, Breia Rogers, Henry Holmes. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Mildred Lucille Smith will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, June 19, 2021 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Bro. Alan Smith officiating. A graveside service will follow at Dawnville Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 12:00 PM until the hour of service.
