Minnie Ruth Quarles, age 77, of Dalton, Georgia passed away, Tuesday May 29, 2018. She was born on August 10, 1940. She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years and the father of her children, John Raymond Bostick, Jr; sons, Nathan Bostick and John Wayne Bostick; parents, Robert Lee and Augusta Henderson; brothers, John Henderson, George Henderson and Otis Henderson; sisters, Pearl Brewer, Ethel Williamson, Annie Brumbelow, Pauline Brewer, Nora Lou "Tootsie" Freeman and Louise Wright. She is survived by her husband, Freddie M. Quarles; sons; Dana (Wendy Stewart) Bostick,  Darryl (Dee) Bostick, Terry (Linda) Bostick, Randy Bostick, Bugg (Olivet) Bostick, Michael (Stacey) Bostick; daughter, Glenda (Gary) Griffin of Broxton, Georgia; sister, Millie Boyd of Dalton; 28 grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Minnie Ruth Quarles will be held at 1:00 PM Monday, June 4, 2018 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Bro. Gary Nelson and Brother Sammy Randolf officiating. Interment will be at Cohutta Hills. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 5-8 PM on Sunday, June 4, 2018.
