Mitchell Gene Ware Sr., age 65, of Dalton, Ga., passed away on Wednesday, January 25, 2023. He was born on January 6, 1958. He is preceded in death by his parents, Dayton and Ida Bell "Shutters" Ware; brothers, Billy Ware, David Ware. He is survived by his son, Mitchell Ware Jr.; brothers, Harlon Ware, Tim Ware, Robin Ware, Stacey Ware; sisters, Judy Lofty, Barbara Howard, Sheila Phillips. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Mr. Mitchell Gene Sr. Ware will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, January 28, 2023 in the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home. Interment will be at Believers Baptist Church. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 11:00 - 3:00 PM on Saturday, January 28, 2023 at Dalton Funeral Home.
