Monda Lynn Dobson, age 71, of Rocky Face, Georgia passed away Thursday, August 24, 2023. She was born on June 14, 1952. She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Shirley "Allen" Bates' son, Chris Dobson; brothers, Max Bates, Bill Bates, Joe Bates; sisters, Frankie Bates, Betty Cross. She is survived by her husband, Gary Dobson; daughter, Stacie Carlock and her husband Chris; step-daughter, Tammie Hyde; brothers, David Bates, Gene Bates, Steve Bates; sister, Janie Bates; grandchildren, Haley Dobson, Hannah Dobson, Taelyn Carter, McCall Blanchard and husband Will; great grandchildren, Carlee Dobson, Taegan Dobson; step-granddaughter, Leslie Grant; step-great grandchildren, Brayden Grant, Bentley Grant, Brantley Grant' special niece, Shirley Headrick.
