Nancy Eloise Windom, age 71, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Friday, September 3, 2021. She was born on November 5, 1949. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Hayes and Eloise Hunsucker Hayes. She is survived by her husband, Charles Windon of Dalton; sons and daughters-in-law, Eric and Lynn Jeffries of Rocky Face, Stephan and Tabitha Wooten of Rocky Face; daughter, Gloria Jeffries of Dalton; brother, Dennis Hayes of Ringgold; sisters, Drenda Kirby of Dalton, Wanda Ballew; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Nancy Eloise Windom will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Bro. Phillip Burns officiating. Interment will be at West Hill Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 5-8 PM Monday evening.
