Nathan Arrington, age 79, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Sunday, February 25, 2018. He was born on September 21, 1938. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Rose Arrington; a daughter, Jerri Ann Arrington; and a granddaughter, Keri Joyce. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Mildred Arrington of Dalton; son and daughter in law, Mark and Kim Arrington of Chatsworth; daughter and son in law, Ginger and Wayne Hart of Lookout Mountain; brothers and sister in law, Thomas Arrington of Dalton, Ralph and Barbara Arrington of Texas; sister, Mavis Joyce of Dalton; grandchildren, Eric Bagley, Kelly and Tiffanie Joyce, Brittani Arrington, Madison Arrington; great grandchildren, Branson Joyce, Trevyn Forrest, Alyvia Dotts; several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Nathan Arrington will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, March 2, 2018 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Bro. Larry Joyce officiating. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 5-9 PM Thursday evening. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Masonic Home of Georgia, 1417 Nottingham Dr. Macon, GA 31211.
