Patricia Kaye Tester Newton, age 77, of Dalton, GA. went home to be with the Lord on Monday, March 24, 2025. She was born January 27, 1948. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Lee Tester Sr. and Lillian Pauline McElrath Tester; sisters, Anna Sue Dyer and Linda Faye Watson. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Harold James Newton; sons, Roger and Tami Newton of Dalton, Brent and Mandy Newton of Crandall, Eric and Tonya Newton of Dalton; brother, Bob and Diane Tester of Dalton; sister, Deb Perkins; grandchildren, Roger Newton II, Brittany Newton, Kinnady Newton, Austin Newton, Tagann Weber, BreAnna Newton, Eli Newton; great grandchildren, Caroline Newton, Roger Newton III, Savannah Newton, Quinleigh Weber, Rhett Weber. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Patricia Kaye Tester Newton will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, March 28, 2025 at the Chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Pastor Steve Spangler officiating. Interment will be at Center Hill Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm on Friday, March 28, 2025 at Dalton Funeral Home.
