Patricia Luann Vanderford, age 70, passed away on Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at Hamilton Medical Center. She was born on January 2, 1943 in Indiana. She is preceded in death by her husband, Roger Vanderford; parents, Russell Sr. and Cathryn Baugh; sons, Daniel Jefferson Vickery, and Michael Vickery; daughter, Esther Vickery; brothers, Carl Baugh, Frank Baugh, Robert Baugh, Marvin Baugh, and Russell Baugh; sisters, Flossie Criss, Viola Hamm, Velta McGuire, Betty Jenkins, Marilyn Baugh, and Susie Baugh. She is survived by her daughter, Melinda Vickery of Dalton; brothers, Norman Baugh of Dalton, and Michael Baugh of Indiana; sisters and brothers in law, Diane and Clifford Fincher of Indiana, Mary and Jimmy Dayhuff of Indiana, and Jackie Morgan and her companion Harold Manley of Dalton; grandchildren, Angel Thomason, Daniel Hall, Lisa Hicks, Robert Rose, Steven Vickery, Josh Vickery, Jordan Smith, and Star Vickery; great grandchildren, Cameron Hunter, Caitlyn Thomason, Natalie Hicks, Hunter Rose, Gracie Rose, Leelan Rose, and Debbie Rose. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Patricia Luann Vanderford will be at 1:00 PM Saturday, December 14, 2013 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Pastor Ricky Hicks officiating. Interment will be at West Hill cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 9:00 PM Friday evening.
