Perry Payne, age 45, of Tunnel Hill, Georgia, passed away Sunday, July 19, 2015 surrounded by his loving family. He was born November 18, 1969. Perry is formally of Payne Hollow in Walland, TN. He  is survived by his father, Tony Payne of Tunnel Hill; mother and step father, Janice and George Lowe of Maryville, TN; brother and sister in law, Brett and Sue Payne of Ogden, KS; sisters, Brandi Payne Davis of Tunnel Hill, Shelley Bryant Passantino of Mooresville, NC; special family and friends, Scott Keown and Mark Nance, Ralph Gilbert and Doodle Bailey; Stepmom, Deanna Rigsby of Plant City, FL; nephews, Jacob Payne of Maryville, TN, Zachary Payne of Ogden, KS, Michael Davis of Tunnel Hill. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Perry Payne will be held at 3:00 PM Tuesday, July 21, 2015 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Rev. Don Self and Rev. Sam Deal officiating. Interment will follow at Salem Valley Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 1:00 PM until the hour of service.
