Rachel Ann Bishop age 55, of Ringgold, GA, passed away on Tuesday, August 26, 2025. Rachel was born in Ringgold, GA, on August 9, 1970, the daughter of the late Harvey Bartlett and Agnes Gilbert Bartlett. She enjoyed thrift shopping. Rachel loved her family above everything and will be remembered for always helping others. In addition to her parents, Rachel was preceded in death by her husband, Stephen Bishop. Survivors include her daughter, Jessica Silvers (Chris Gravelyn); two sons, Dustin Silvers (Chelsea) and Drake Silvers (Khloe); three grandchildren, Aubrie Stafford, Jaelyn Stafford, and Madelynn Gravelyn; and three brothers, Brad Bartlett (Leslie), Brian Bartlett (Stephanie), and John Bohannon. Several nieces and nephews also survive. A Celebration of Life will be Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at 2:00 P.M., Chapel of the Dalton Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Anderson Memorial Gardens.
