Raphael "Mickey" Gentry, age 81, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Monday, November 6, 2017. He was born on April 13, 1936. He was preceded in death by his wife, Geraldine Gentry; and his parents, Elgin and Toy Gentry. He is survived by his daughter and son in law, Karen and Mike Blackwell of Dalton; grandson, Chris Blackwell; great grandson, Jordan Blackwell; and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Raphael "Mickey" Gentry will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Bro. James Gentry officiating.
