Raymond Jones, age 71, of Crandall, Georgia passed away Friday, August 13, 2021. He was born on August 10, 1950. He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl Hamilton Jones and Lily Ruth Chasteen Jones. Raymond is survived by his wife, Brenda Jones; son, Ray (Sherri) Jones of Crandall; daughter, Tami (Blake) Tudor of Dalton; brother, John Jones; sister, Ginger "Gigi" Sanchez of Dalton; grandchildren, Matthew (Brittany) Jones, Joshua (Anessa) Jones, Jacob (Lindsey) Jones, Zachary (Mikalah) Hasty, Bethany Hasty, Courtney Plott, Christopher Mason, Brennan Tudor, Trenton Tudor; 6 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Raymond Jones will be held on Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at 5:00 PM at the Chapel of Dalton Funeral Home. Brother Gary Bowen will officiate the service. Interment will be at Harmony Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends for visitation on Wednesday from 3:00 until the time of service at Dalton Funeral Home.
