Rebecca Susan Trantham, age 55, of Dalton, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, December 8, 2013 at her home. She was born on September 28, 1958 in Dalton. She is preceded in death by her husband, Billy Trantham; and her mother, Linda Sneed. Rebecca is survived by her sons, Bilson Shean Trantham, Mark Wilson and his fiancé Tonya Robbinson of Dalton, David Wilson and his fiancé Michelle Richardson of Chatsworth, and Michael Wilson of Chatsworth; father, Clifford Sneed of Cohutta; sisters, Angie Tate of Cohutta, and Rita Nicholson of Dalton; grandchildren, Destyni Wilson, Ryan Wilson, Cameran Pierce, Madison Leann Trantham, Mason Tate and Tristian Robinson; she is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Rebecca Susan Trantham will be held at 12:00 PM on Thursday, December 12, 2013 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Johnson officiating.
