Richard "Rick" D. Simpson, age 68, of Tunnel Hill, GA. passed away on Wednesday, August 7, 2024. He was born December 25, 1955. He was preceded in death by his parents, Hayden and Mary Ruth Simpson; He is survived by his son, Steven Craig Simpson and Anna Cornelius of Ellijay; daughter, Sarah Ruth and Cory Eicholtz of York, PA.; brothers, Ralph Simpson, Mike and Carol Simpson both of Danville, KY.; sister, Teri and Paul Cross of Dalton; grandchildren, Drayton Simpson, Zoey Simpson, Atticus Simpson, Dakota Eicholtz, Logan Eicholtz; great grandchild, Vera Simpson and several nieces and nephews.
