Ricky Roger Dewayne Singleton age 56, of Dalton, GA, passed away on Tuesday, September 30, 2025. Ricky dedicated many years of hard work to Williams Concrete Company, where he was known for his reliability and strong work ethic. Outside of work, Ricky found joy in the outdoors—he was an avid hunter and fisherman who cherished the quiet moments in nature. Above all, Ricky loved his family deeply, especially his grandchildren, who brought him endless pride and happiness. His legacy lives on through his children, Patrick Singleton and Brittany Patterson (Andrew Lee); and his grandchildren, Isabella Patterson, Olivia Pittard, Evelyn Singleton, and Meredith Singleton. He is lovingly remembered by his sisters, Charlene McFall (Shane), Sheila Redd (Roger), and Jackie Brown (Robert); his brothers, Vernon Singleton and Bobby Singleton (Teresa); and his brother-in-law, DL Cox. Ricky also leaves behind a large extended family of nieces and nephews, each of whom will carry cherished memories of his warmth, humor, and unwavering love. Ricky was preceded in death by his parents, James Singleton and Ruth Hicks Singleton and his siblings, Dimple Cox, Eileen Smith, Debra Turley, Earl Singleton, Geneva Morris (William), Brenda Randolph, and Alma Ruth Singleton.
