Robert "Griffin" Kinsey, age 53, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Sunday, December 4, 2016. He was born November 21, 1963. He is survived by his father and step mother, Robert William and Joyce Kinsey; mother, Arah Griffin Wilbanks of Dalton, GA; son and daughter in law, Zachary and Kaitlyn Kinsey of Rocky Face, GA; daughter, Kayla Kinsey of Dalton, GA; brothers, Eric Bryant of Tunnel Hill, GA and Bart Wilbanks of Cartersville, GA; sisters, Kristi Wilbanks of Dalton, GA and Lisa Stanley of Resaca, GA; 3 grandchildren, Jace Kinsey, Brylee Kinsey and Layten Kinsey; and the Mother of her children, Gail Kinsey Grant of Dalton, GA. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Robert "Griffin" Kinsey will be held at 8:00 PM Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Brother Phil Knowles, Brother Larry Baxter and Brother Mitch Walker officiating.
