Roy Lewis King, age 65, of Cleveland, Tennessee passed away Sunday, November 20, 2016. He was born on December 31, 1950 in Scott County, TN. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Ora Mae King; and a brother, Denford King. He is survived by his wife, Mary King of Cleveland, TN; sons, Milton King of Calhoun, GA, Roy King of Calhoun, GA, Johnny and Donna Lawson of Church Hill, TN; daughters, Tina Cruz of Calhoun, GA, Flonnie and Mark Buway of Michigan, Elizabeth Lawson of Cleveland, TN, Mary Ann and David Butler of Cleveland, TN, Paula Lawson and Jeana Key of Cleveland, TN; sister, Mable Hernandez of Taylor, MI; 22 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Roy Lewis King will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, November 23, 2016 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Pastor Clark Bunch officiating. Interment will be at Colonial Hills Memorial Park. Denford King, Roy King, Milton king, Dean Paul, David Butler and James Roberts will be serving as pallbearers. The family will be receiving from 11:00 AM until the hour of service.
