Mr. Roy Allen McCloud of Dalton, GA, went home to be with our Lord on September 4th, 2025. Roy was preceded in death by his mother, April Leigh McCloud, Uncle Roy Jr McCloud, grandmother Freda Marshall, and grandfather Roy N. McCloud. Left to mourn his loss is sister, Brittany (Eric) Massey of Dalton, Ga , aunt Barbara Marshall of Lavalette, WV, uncle Joey (Shawnda) McCloud of Calhoun, GA, and cousin Tiffany (Micah) Warren of Dalton, GA. His nieces Sara-Rose Massey of Benton, TN, Alyssa Massey of Chatsworth GA, Nevaeh Adkins of Dalton, GA, Bayleigh Massey of Dalton, GA, and Mackenzie Massey of Dalton, GA. Nephew Max Adkins of Wayne, WV. Special cousin Cooper Warren of Dalton, GA. Roy was an amazing young man who loved with his whole heart and always tried to see the best in everyone. Roy loved being outdoors, whether it be hiking, fishing, or being in the lake with family and friends. One thing that could always be said is that Roy loved God, family, and friends. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to The Dalton Funeral Home, and a private graveside service will be held at West Hills Cemetery in Dalton, GA.
