Ruth Cecilia Watts Spencer, age 69, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Monday, November 22, 2021. She was born on March 8, 1952. She was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil and Frances Watts; brothers, Ronnie Watts, Dennis Watts, Allen Lee Pete Watts; and a sister, Sheila Carter. She is survived by her loving husband, Stephen Spencer; sons, Jamie Harris, Jeffery Anderson; brother, Michael (Sandy) Watts; sisters, Brenda Brendall, Patricia (David) Irwin, Judy (Kenneth) Lawson; and numerous nieces and nephews. To celebrate the life of Ruth Cecilia Watts Spencer the family will be receiving friends for visitation from 2-5 PM Saturday, November 27, 2021 at the funeral home.
