Shirley Rose Nelson, 72 of Fairmount GA passed away on September 13, 2016. Shirley was preceded in death by her parents William H and Wilma "Yocum" Behm, her son Patrick Nelson, brother's Donnie West, Harvey Behm and a sister Betty Behm. Surviving are her  husband Clarence "Richard" Nelson; son David Nelson, Resaca GA and Garline Coleman, Rocky Face, GA; daughter Tammy Nelson, Gulf Port MS; brother Neal West, CA; 9 grandchildren ,Patrick Nelson, William Nelson, Scott Bradford, Nicole Levy, Terry Nelson, Michael Nelson, Shannon Thompson, her husband Aaron Thompson, Autum Nelson and Chris Nelson; 23 Great Grandchildren. A service to celebrate the life of Shirley will be Saturday 12:00 noon at their residence 2960 Covington Bridge RD, Fairmont, GA.  In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to help with hospital expenses or to a Hospice organization.
