Starrla Ann Parker, age 57, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Saturday, March 4, 2017. She was born on February 21, 1960. She was preceded in death by her father, Clifford Stamper; and a sister, Reaponza Cloer. She is survived by her mother, Margaret Ann Stamper of Dalton; daughter and son in law, Sheena and Adam Stanley of Dalton; brother, Dean Stamper of Dalton; nephews, Dean Jacob Stamper, Mitchell Harkins Stamper, Christopher and Kristy Cloer; and a niece, LaShanda Brooke Stamper. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Starrla Ann Parker will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, March 10, 2017 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Bro. Robert Beavers officiating. Interment will be at United Memorial Gardens. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 5-8 PM Thursday evening.
