Mrs. Stella Fay Rymer, age 87, of Chatsworth, GA passed away on Saturday, December 24, 2022. She was born on January 26, 1935. Mrs. Rymer was a member of Mt. Sumac Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Annie "Stidham" Geer; the father of her children, Fred Baker; and husbands, Grady Bagley and Roy Rymer; sister, Shirley Horner; and brother-in-law, Allen Horner. She is survived by her sons, Garland and Reita Baker, Steve and Rhonda Baker; daughter, Rita Baker; grandchildren, Kim Ervin and Nolan Woolsey, Nathaniel and Stephanie Kilgore, Scotty and Julie Baker, Tammie and Doc Smith, Steven Baker; great grandchildren, Kara and Bubba Panter, Lorin Baker, Camdin Woolsey, Millie Woolsey, and Issac Dagnan; great-great grandchildren, Henry Panter, Bella Panter, and Kaylor Benton; and a host of nieces and nephews. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Stella Fay Rymer will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 in the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Bro. Scotty Baker and Pastor Bobby Bowers officiating. Interment will be at Liberty Hill Methodist Church Cemetery in Union County, GA. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM on Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at Dalton Funeral Home.
