Obituary

Stephanie Michelle Bowling, beloved daughter, sister, cherished friend, and devoted mother, passed away on August 2, 2026, at Hamilton Medical Center, surrounded by those who loved her most. Born on December 25, 1992, in Dalton, Georgia, Stephanie brought joy and warmth to all who had the privilege of knowing her.

To everyone around her, Stephanie was a beacon of love and kindness; she loved everyone deeply, but above all, she treasured her daughters and her family. Her radiant spirit touched every part of their lives’, shining brightest in quiet gestures of affection, laughter shared over shopping trips, the simple pleasure of a sunny afternoon spent tanning, or the pride she took in her beautiful nails. These were not mere hobbies, but expressions of her vibrant personality and her unwavering embrace of life’s little joys.

Stephanie’s faith was an enduring source of comfort and strength. She was of the Baptist faith, finding guidance in her beliefs, and she carried that faith into every relationship, offering understanding, compassion, and consolation without reserve.

Left to cherish her memory are her loving parents, Robert Bowling and Angela Jean Bowling, who nurtured her gentle heart from the very beginning. She lives on in her dearly loved daughters, Alyssa Naomi Chambers and Sara Rose Evans, each a testament to her unconditional love and warmth. Stephanie’s brother, Dakota Bowling, holds her memory close. Her life was enriched by the love of Christopher James Evans, her fiancé.

Though Stephanie has left this world, her light endures in the hearts of those she touched. The legacy she leaves behind is one of grace, a deep capacity for loving others, a playful spirit, and a steadfast devotion to her family.

Family and friends are invited to remember and honor Stephanie’s life during visitation hours on Thursday, August 6, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Dalton Funeral Home, 620 S Glenwood Ave, Dalton, GA 30721. A funeral service will follow on Friday, August 7, 2026, at 2:00 PM at the same location.

Stephanie Michelle Bowling’s laughter, kindness, and endless love will be greatly missed, but her memory will be held close forever in the hearts of those she loved so dearly.
