Stephanie Michelle Eads, age 34, of Atlanta, Georgia passed away on Monday, December 23, 2013 at UMass Medical Center in Worcester, Massachusetts. She was born on March 29, 1979 in Dalton, Georgia. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Leon Pitts, and Jerry and Patricia Eads; and her uncle, Tim Pitts. She is survived by her son, Bradley Steven Pitts of Dalton; father and step mother, Steve and Donna Eads of Dalton; mother, Debbie Eads of Athens, AL;  brothers, Ryan Lewis of Dalton, and Tyler Lewis of Dalton; sisters and brothers in law, Lori and James Nix of Dalton, Melody Eads of Athens, AL, Krista and Brad Kelly of Dalton, Alaina Eads of Dalton, and Alexis Bronson of Dalton; grandparents, Dorothy Pitts of Dalton, and Earl and Jene Swinney of Chatsworth; great grandmother, Betty Eads; special aunts, Kay Pitts of Atlanta, Carol Chambers of Dalton, and Cindy Bennett of Dalton; and nieces and nephews. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Stephanie Michelle Eads will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, January 1, 2014 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Pastor Keith Reid officiating. The family will receive friends from 9:00 AM till the funeral hour. Interment will be at Little Prospect Cemetery.
