Stephen Wesley Boyd aka Bubba, age 44, went home to Granny Barb on Wednesday, August 11, 2021. Born on June 12, 1977 Bubba never met a stranger, the life of every party, he definitely aggravated us all at one point. He was preceded in death by his sister, Marla Boyd; grandmother, Barbara Sanford; and aunt Snookie. He is survived by his nagging mom, Annette Rogers of Dalton; his 2 dads, Richard Rogers and Guadalupe Cabriales both of Dalton; his husband (that's what he called her because he always said she griped like a man), Krista Teasley of Chatsworth; his favorite never do nothing wrong sister, Kurshana Rogers of Dalton; his loud obnoxious sister, Haley Rogers of Dalton; sisters, Kacey Mays of Dalton and Jennifer Sanders of Dalton; brothers, Michael Boyd and Kylor Rogers of Dalton; step mom, Crystal Rogers; his children, Cody Boyd and Wesley Boyd of Dalton, Dylan Lynn of Cleveland; his daughters, Breen Boyd(seester) of Spokane, and Skyla Smith of Chatsworth; Summer Lynn of Cleveland; nephews, Colbey and Leelan Satterfield, Jaxten Rogers, and Legend Walton all of Dalton; nieces, Lindsay (Lou-who) and Mia Garcilazo , and Adelyse Chavez aka Adi with a Cadi with curb finders of Dalton; uncles, Jackie, Jamie , and Johnny Sanford; and aunt crazy Karen; a crap load of cousins and friends, a couple of chicks we couldn't get rid of (love y'all) and of course his loyal best fur friend Dixie. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Stephen Wesley aka Bubba Boyd will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home. Interment will be at West Hill Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 5-8 PM Monday evening.
