Telena Norton, age 63, of Resaca, Ga. passed away on Friday, November 17, 2023. She was born February 25, 1960. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Norton; parents, Jesse and Alpha "Bailey" Rutledge; brother, Alvin Rutledge; sister, Donna Gribble; brother in-law, Danny Goswick. She is survived by her brother, Michael Rutledge and wife Felicia; sister, Susan Goswick; niece, Mikayla Barron husband John; nephews, Jesse Baker and wife Nikki, Chris Gribble and wife Stephanie, Cory Baker and wife Ashley, Andrew Gribble and wife Abigail, Harrison Rutledge and wife Shyanna; a host of great nieces and nephews. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Ms. Telena Norton will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at the Damascus Baptist Church with Pastor Terry Trivette and Bro. Andrew Gribble officiating. Interment will be at Damascus Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Monday, November 20, 2023 at Damascus Baptist Church.
