Teresa Lynn Parker, age 60, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Saturday, August 22, 2020. She was born on November 18, 1959. She was preceded in death by her father, Wilburn Jones. She is survived by her husband, Luke Parker of Dalton; daughters and sons in law, Christina and Matt Davis of Dalton, Carrie Parker of Dalton, Tina and Jamie Hopkins of Dalton; mother; Gussie Locke Grizzle of Tunnel Hill; brothers and sister in law, David Jones of Tunnel Hill, Danny and Sherry Jones of Calhoun; sisters and brothers in law, Tina and Dan Akins of Dalton, Tammy and Amador Salaices of Dalton, Tracey and Doug Frix of Ball Ground; 6 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Teresa Lynn Parker will be held at 3:00 PM Wednesday, August 26, 2020 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Pastor Joey Wheat officiating. Interment will be at United Memorial Gardens. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 12-3 PM prior to the service.
