Terry Lamar Nation, age 61, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Monday, July 31, 2017. He was born August 16, 1955. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ronald Nation and Marie Summey Cline; brother, Jeff Cline; and sister, Pam Cline. He is survived by his son and daughter in law, Jody and Sherri Nation of Ringgold; daughters and sons in law, Jana Nation of Hixon, TN, Jillian and Kevin Freeman of Ringgold, Miranda and Denis Zavala of Dalton, Shanda Jackson of Dalton; brothers and sister in law, Richard Nation of Chatsworth, Tommy and Sheila Cline of Dalton; sister, Tammy Mosley of Illinois; 12 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service to celebrate the life of Terry Lamar Nation will be held at 7:00 PM Friday, August 4, 2017 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 5:00 PM until the hour of service. In lieu of flowers the family is accepting donations that will be donated to a children's charity.
