Terry Martin York, age 71, of Dalton, passed away Sunday, June 4, 2023. He was born on May 24, 1952. He was preceded in death by his parents Richard and Betty "Painter" York; brothers, Keith York, Jerry Thomas. He is survived by his loving wife, Carol Tish York; sons, Jeffery York (Mary Jane), Jason York (Selena); daughters, Jennifer York Jefferies (Terry), Rebecca Boyce (Jerald); sister, Brenda Bell (Robert); grandchildren, Terry Lee Waldron (Hannah), Samantha York, Isaak York, Lauren Hudson; great granddaughter, Ryann Waldron; special nephew, Jeffery McGuire. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Mr. Terry Martin York will be held at 4:00 PM on Wednesday, June 7, 2023 in the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home. Interment will be held at Lakewood Memory Gardens in Rossville, Ga. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM on Wednesday, June 7, 2023 at Dalton Funeral Home.
