Tommy Dewayne "Bubba" Campbell, age 26, of Ranger, Georgia, passed away after a 2 year hard fought battle with cancer, on Thursday, October 30, 2014 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born on June 5, 1988 in Dalton. Bubba loved hunting, fishing and just being outside with his dog Tater. He is survived by his mother and stepfather; Marie and Tom Gallman of Ranger; grandparents, Tommy and Bertie Hayes of Chatsworth, and Jim Campbell of Dalton; brothers, Walker Gallman of Ranger, Russell Gallman of Resaca, and Jonathan Campbell of Dalton; special aunt, Tonya Hayes of Dalton; father and stepmother, Dewayne and Sharon Campbell of Dalton; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Tommy Dewayne "Bubba" Campbell will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, November 2, 2014 at Higher Praise Church of God in Chatsworh with Bro. David Peeler and Bro. Mark Johnson officiating. Interment will follow at Sardis Cemetery in Chatsworth  with Bro. Jimmy Hogan officiating. The family will be receiving friends at Dalton Funeral Home for visitation from 5:00 till 9:00 PM on Saturday evening. He will lay in state at the church from 1:00 till 3:00 PM on Sunday prior to the service.
