Tony Lamar Blevins age 67, of Lafayette, GA, passed away on Thursday, May 29, 2025. Tony was born in AL, on June 16, 1957, the son of the late Clifford Blevins and Louise Haney Blevins. He retired as a truck driver after many years of service. Tony was a member of Macedona Baptist Church in Villanow, He enjoyed anything outdoors especially fishing and horses. Tony loved his family above everything. In addition to his parents, Tony was preceded in death by a son, Corey Blevins and siblings, Betty Chappelear, Carolyn Godfrey, Alice Rector, Glenn Blevins, William Blevins, and Charles Blevins. Survivors include his wife, Linda Blevins; daughter, Melisa Callahan; step daughter, Marsha Allen (Kendall); grandchildren, Kimberly Leming, Kassidy White, Trevar White, Tyler White, Ethan Blevins, Haley Blevins, T.J. Swinford, Sean Swinford, and Noah Allen; twelve great-grandchildren; sister, Patricia; and two brothers, Russell Blevins (Darlene) and James Blevins. Several nieces and nephews also survive. A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, June 1, 2025, at 7:00 P.M., Chapel of the Dalton Funeral Home. Visitation will be Sunday 5:00 P.M. until the service hour at Dalton Funeral Home.
