Trummie Bennett, age 91, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Monday, August 9, 2021. She was born on January 17, 1930. She was preceded in death by parents, Jeff Bradley Ingle and Lillie "Jones" Ingle; son, Charles Bennett; brothers, Ralf Ingle, Paul Ingle, Lee Ingle, Henry Ingle; and sister, Bessy Stokes. Trummie is survived by her daughter, Nadine Bennett; sisters, Gertrude Coleman, Ivy Grace; sisters in law, Jeanette Ingle, Vera Ingle; grandchildren, Amanda Brock, Mark Martin, Christina Busie, Amy Stinson, Angela Stinson; and several great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. A service to celebrate the life of Trummie Bennett will be held on Saturday, August 14, 2021 at 4:00 PM at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home. Interment will be at West Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends for visitation on Saturday from 12:00 PM until the time of service at Dalton Funeral Home.
